ABOUT ME
Roseprimevere is an internationally collected abstract artist whose work explores resilience, healing, joy, and the transformative power of human experience. Working primarily in acrylic on canvas, she creates layered compositions rich in color, texture, and movement, inviting viewers into conversations that extend beyond words.
Through Art of Kwe, named after the Haitian Creole word kwè, meaning "to believe", Roseprimevere investigates the ways art can serve as both witness and catalyst: honoring personal journeys while inspiring courage, hope, and renewal. Her paintings are rooted in the belief that creativity has the power to help us reconnect with ourselves, one another, and the possibilities that emerge through life's challenges.

What began in 2017 as a deeply personal response to grief evolved into a vibrant artistic practice dedicated to celebrating the resilience of the human spirit. Each body of work reflects an ongoing exploration of emotion, memory, identity, and transformation, expressed through intuitive mark-making, dynamic color relationships, and a non-traditional approach to abstraction.
Roseprimevere’s work has appeared in galleries, cultural institutions, and public spaces throughout Florida, including the African American Research Library and Cultural Center, Dania Beach City Hall, Plunge Beach Resort, ArtServe, Magnolia Art Xchange, and the Art AIHOM exhibition. Her paintings are part of private collections and continue to resonate with collectors who value art that encourages reflection, connection, and meaningful living.
Through each painting, Roseprimevere invites viewers to pause, reflect, and recognize the strength, beauty, and possibility within their own stories.
